You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Purchases and Refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. Refunds are available within 14 days if less than 20% of a course has been completed. We may issue refunds to the original payment method only.

4. License to Use Content

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the course content for personal, non-commercial learning.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and branding are owned by LushDune Atelier or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or publicly display course materials without written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or infringing activity.
• No attempts to bypass security or access accounts without authorization.
• No scraping or automated copying of course content.
• No harassment or abusive behavior in community spaces.

7. Disclaimers

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Termination
